Acknowledgements

When submitting publications based upon CHARA data or support, please use the following guidelines for proper acknowledgment. If you have any questions please contact the Director of CHARA Douglas Gies, or the Director of the CHAR Array Theo ten Brummelaar.

General Acknowledgment:

This work is based upon observations obtained with the Georgia State University Center for High Angular Resolution Astronomy Array at Mount Wilson Observatory. The CHARA Array is supported by the National Science Foundation under Grant No. AST-1211929, AST-1636624, and AST-1715788. Institutional support has been provided from the GSU College of Arts and Sciences and the GSU Office of the Vice President for Research and Economic Development.

Acknowledgment if Gail Schaefer contributed to the work:

This work is based upon observations obtained with the Georgia State University Center for High Angular Resolution Astronomy Array at Mount Wilson Observatory. Authorship recommendations:

There is no obligation to include CHARA staff in the author list. However, if a CHARA staff member contributed in some particular way in planning, obtaining or analyzing the observations or preparing the manuscript, then we recommend that that person be recognized in the authorship list. Initial publications about new instrumentation should probably include the CHARA staff at Mount Wilson who helped with implementation.

Communication of results:

Please send copies of each of your published papers to Douglas Gies, so that we can keep our publication list up to date (and enjoy reading about your results).
