The 2013 Interferometry Forum was held in Flagstaff, Arizona, from March 15-16, 2013, hosted by the Lowell Observatory. The meeting organizers were:

• Stephen Ridgway (NOAO) [lead]
• Guy Perrin (Paris Observatory, and EII)
• Theo ten Brummelaar (Georgia State University)
• Gerard van Belle (Lowell Observatory, and IAU C54)

As part of the Forum activities, the assembled group produced a report on the current status and future prospects for optical interferometry. A copy of this report, and its executive summary, are now available:
